Ghost Rail Trail 2012...

...who's in???? I'm thinking early to mid June. Saturday-sunday, with a night of camping....camp in the same area, maybe exploring farther back. Post up if you are interested.

I would try to make it, maybe even just Saturday or Sunday if I can't do an overnighter. We had a blast last year, even though we got soaked.

I might be interested. It depends on how the Canyonlands overnighter works out. It would be good to do both.

Last year's looked like a lot of fun! I may join in after I check my travel schedule next week.

Oh yeah, always down for the Ghost. Depending when in June we may be able to join.

Okay here is an idea....how about head out Saturday morning, June 2nd, and do this in conjunction with Expedition Utah. https://utahcruisers.forumotion.com/t443-expedition-utah-june-summit#3814 It sounds pretty cool to be able to check out the old airfields, hangars and such. Then when the tour is done head out to the Ghost Rail Trail, eventually making it to where we camped last year at Devils Playground for the night. Then head out the next day exploring around the rest of the way out.

How does that sound??....any takers??....I know you are reading this, post up!


It's either that or the next weekend....June 9-10...I just thought maybe some would like to check out some WWII history.

The weekend of the 2nd would work for me. Hopin' to see a few more folks post up, it's comin' up pretty quick.
